We ship within Vietnam only and offer “to the Door” delivery by GHN as specified in the shipping address.

All orders are only for in-stock items. Please ensure the delivery address and name of recipient is correct.

Shipping Fee

- Shipping charge is a flat rate VND 10,000 if your net order is below VND 1,500,000
- You can enjoy free delivery in Vietnam if your net order is VND 1,500,000 or above

Time and arrangement of Order

We will deliver most in-stock items within 3-5 working days of receiving your order. Occasionally, items may be out of stock due to any reason, it will be cancelled and refunded from your order. You will be notified by email about any cancellation in this case.

Delivery Time Estimate

Delivery time is estimated to be 3-5 working days after dispatch but it cannot be guaranteed. Payment and address verification may take extra working days and delay the processing of your order.

Delivery service by GHN is normally from 9am-6pm, during weekdays, except public holidays in Vietnam. Estimated delivery time is just for reference, Triumph Vietnam will NOT take any responsibility for delivery delays.

Delivery & Recipient

Delivery will be made by carrier. A signature is generally required for most deliveries, or with tracking service, or you will be contacted by the carrier with alternate instructions for picking up your package in the event that no one is available to receive delivery.

If you have multiple orders delivering to the same address, delivery will be made separately.

Customer who wishes to receive multiple orders with same address simultaneously must inform customer service in advance. If you entrust others to receive the packet on your behalf, Triumph Vietnam would not bear the responsibility in case of loss or damage if the name of recipient signed is not the buyers.

Handling Fee

If the package is returned due to incorrect details or unable to locate receiver, you will be responsible for the re-delivery cost. We will charge a handling fee for VND 10,000 when you cancel an order for the returned package. The shipping fee you previously paid will not be refunded.

Shipping Address

Please ensure that the shipping address and the receiver’s name are correct. PO Box or hotel addresses will not be accepted as shipping address.

INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS

Once your order has been confirmed it will be sent immediately to our warehouse to be picked, packed and shipped to the delivery address provided at Checkout. If you have provided an incorrect delivery address, please contact customer service immediately.
