In order to provide you with the trouble free online shopping experience.

If something is not right, let us know for return within 14 days of the purchase date by contacting Zalo Customer Service Hotline or filling the Returns Request Form below.

What items can be returned?

Triumph is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your ordered bra item(s) due to damaged or faulty goods, incorrect supply of order, simply return the bra item(s) in their original conditions with original tags within 14 days of the purchase date.Each order can only be request to return once.

Please note: For purchases on the Triumph Online Boutique (vn.triumph.com), we only allow refund in Online Return Credits gift card to be used for repurchases from our Triumph Online Boutique (vn.triumph.com). Kindly note promo discount that has been applied or promotion campaigns and online store Return Credits gift card would not be refunded. For hygiene reasons, strictly no refunds or exchanges on any panties.

We are also unable to accept returned bra item(s) which have been worn, washed, or have had labels and tags removed. Any non-qualified and non-conforming returns will be rejected. You will be billed for the return shipping cost if you want the item(s) sent back to you. Otherwise, the item(s) will be disposed of.

How can I return bra item(s)?

Please contact our Customer Service hotline via Zalo at 0907.858.680 or fill out the RETURN REQUEST form. Products can only be exchanged once.

Once Triumph has confirmed your request, you can send the item(s) back by shipping the returned parcel to our warehouse address. The return shipping cost will be borne by the sender. We will not be responsible for any lost return packages that are sent via a non-trackable shipping method.

When will I receive my refund?

For purchases on the Triumph Online shop, we only allow refund in Online Return Credits gift card to be used for repurchases from our Triumph Online store. Refund Credits gift card will be processed within 5-7 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays) from the date which we receive the returned bra item(s) at our warehouse. The Online Return Credits gift card will have a 3-month validity period for the date of issuance. We endeavour to process all return enquiries as soon as possible and you will receive a confirmation email as soon as we have processed your refund.

Which items can be exchanged

Triumph is committed to ensuring you are completely happy with your lingerie purchase.. If the bra you received doesn't fit correctly, Triumph offers a size exchange under the following policy.

Exchange Conditions

  • Products can only be exchanged for a different size; exchanges for a different color or style are not available.
  • The product must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached.
  • You can exchange the item within 14 days from the date of receipt.
  • Each order is eligible for only one exchange.

Important Notes

  • For hygiene reasons, Triumph does not offer exchanges for panties or any other accessory products.
  • Triumph will refuse to exchange any product with the tags removed, signs of being worn, washed, or damaged. In this case, you will be responsible for the shipping cost if you wish to have the product returned to you. Otherwise, the product will be disposed of.
  • Orders that use a discount code, are part of a special promotion, or are purchased with a gift card are not eligible for exchange.

When will I receive my exchanged bra item(s)?

After we receive the item in good condition, Triumph will confirm and proceed with shipping the new product to your order's address. The estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days, depending on the area.

In the event that we no longer have the item in stock, we will issue a refund via an Online Gift Card, which can be used at our Triumph Online Boutique (vn.triumph.com).
