Once your order has been placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with the details of your order. You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email after your order has been packed and picked up from the warehouse. Please note that your order is not yet ready for collection at this stage. Once your order has arrived in the boutique of your choice, you will receive an email notifying you for collection.
As we rely on an external courier system, we are only able to deliver parcels to the selected boutique within 3-7 working days from Mon - Fri, excluding public holidays. Orders placed on Friday before 10 noon will be fulfilled the next working day. While we strive to meet this timing – unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee that unforeseen issues will affect our carrier. Under these circumstances we do not issue any form of compensation as this is a non-guaranteed service.
Click and Collect is available at our Triumph Boutiques only. Outlet stores and departmental stores are excluded from our click and collect service.
