- The program does not apply to Zalo accounts that are not regularly active or ZaloPay accounts that the system determines have unusual signs during use.
- Each customer/ZaloPay ID/phone number can only use the promotion once/Brand, during the program period.
- The program does not apply to virtual prepaid cards.
- No refunds or order cancellations or returns are applicable to promotional transactions.
- ZaloPay will only support resolving complaints after 03 working days from the end of the program.
